The conference has currently reserved several rooms for delegates. The hotel (Karasuma Kyoto Hotel, http://karasuma.kyotohotel.co.jp/english/index.html) offers the following room rates until all rooms are sold out. THESE RATES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE THROUGH THE CONFERENCE PLEASE BOOK THROUGH US, AS THERE MIGHT NOT BE AVAILABILITY VIA THE HOTEL ITSELF.
Hotel rooms are basically prepared for 3 nights during 25th (check-in) and 28th (check-out), October 2016. The room on 24th or 28th is optionally available. Room rates:
