Registration is now open. Please click here to start your registeration.
The conference fee - when paid for by a valid credit or debit card has been set at £375 - there will be a £10 for other forms of payment. There will be a reduced fee for students at £275 (and £285) which will not include the proceedings.
There will be a conference proceedings which will be published in Nuclear Instruments and Methods B. The cost of a copy of the proceedings has been included in the registration fee.

Some accommodation has been reserved at Robinson College (5 minutes walk from the lecture hall) - see here.
The cost of the accommodation at Robinson College will be:

  • En Suite (with bathroom and shower) £70 per night (including breakfast)
  • Twin Room £95 per night (includig breakfast)
You will be able to book this accomodation when the Registration opens on Monday 1st June.

Other accommodation at a range of hotels in Cambridge is available to book on-line.
Most hotels in the centre of Cambridge are about 20-30 minutes walk from the Conference venue.
Some suggestions are:
The University Arms which is a 20 minute walk to the conference
The Lensfield Hotel a similar distance.
