Below you will find a list of suggested ways in which you might consider sponsoring events during the conference. We realise that if you were to sponsor the meeting you would want to maximise your exposure and ensure that full credit was given to you and your company for your contribution. It is our aim to ensure that as much coverage as possible will be given to the sponsors of the meeting. In the list of suggested sponsorship opportunities we have also suggested how your company will be acknowledged. There will also be an exhibition as part of the conference giving yet another opportunity to present your company to the delegates.

All prices are quoted ex VAT which should be added at the current rate of 15%.

Promotional opportunities are as follows:

Exhibition Booth
Booths will be 3m x 2m in area and will be arranged with in the foyer of the lecture theatre of the conference. This area will also be used for poster displays. So, maximum exposure of vendor booths to the conference delegates is assured. Each booth will be provided with a table and two chairs. The cost of a booth is £1,500.

Tabletop Display
This is an area equivalent to half a booth, equipped with table, two chairs and a poster board, size 2.1m high and 1.2m wide. Tabletop displays will also be located in the foyer. The cost of a tabletop display is £1,000.

Abstract Book Advertising
Vendors can place one-page advertisements in the conference abstract book. These can be double sided and can be colour. They should be A5 size (210mm x 148mm). All copies must be supplied by 14th August 2009 to be included in the bound abstracts book. The cost of one page of advertising is £400. Further details will be supplied on booking advertising space.

Sponsorship Opportunities
The list below gives examples of how your company might like to sponsor the IBA conference. The list is not exhaustive and we are sure that you might have other ideas of your own. We are quite willing to consider any suggestion that you might have. If you would like more information on any of these, or would like to suggest something else please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

• Conference Bag £4,000 (or contribution)
  Company and conference logos on bag distributed at conference with conference materials
• Scientific Session £500 per session
  We will provide prominent display of company name and logo during a session (around the podium and display screen) Recognition will be given in the abstract book, website and conference proceedings relating to papers in this session.
• Conference Dinner
         Entertainment - £2,000 (or contribution)
         Drinks with Meal - £2,500 (or contribution)
         Drinks Reception - £1,000
  Company name and logo will be displayed in abstract book, on reception tickets, and on displays around the venue at various points to ensure visibility.
• Poster Sessions - Drinks - £2,000 (or contribution) , local delicacies - £1,000 (or contribution)
  Company name and logo will be displayed at distribution points and in abstract book etc.
• Coffee Times – Drinks and cakes - £1,000 per session.
  Company name and logo will be displayed at distribution points and in abstract book etc.
• Drinks with Lunch - £1,000 per lunch time (soft and alcoholic)
  Company name and logo will be displayed at distribution points and in abstract book etc.
• Gifts and Promotional Material can be distributed with the conference pack for £400 per single sheet of A4 or item
